Website design · Based in Fergus Falls, serving rural Minnesota
Custom websites for Minnesota’s small-town businesses.
You’re busy running your business. We make the website part straightforward: five useful pages, your own web address, and a clear way for customers to call or ask for an estimate. We handle the setup and walk you through what you need to know.
Pick the situation that sounds like yours. You do not need to know which features to ask for.
I need my first business website.
Start with the basics: what you do, where you work, a few photos, and an easy way to contact you. Our five-page build is $1,000; optional hosting and care is $360 a year.
Send us the link and tell us what is not working. We check the platform, access, and changes needed before quoting a repair or recommending a rebuild. The five-page build price is not an automatic repair quote.
Clear service information, your actual coverage area, and a short form can make contacting you simpler. Requests can go to your email. A basic form collects the details; it does not calculate prices or book appointments.
Your business name, services, and the towns you work in are enough to start a conversation. Send what you have by email, even if it is just a few notes. We will agree on the content and scope together.
Send your business details and photos when you have a moment. We handle the website work and send clear email updates. Review the design in your own time and reply with your feedback in one place — no meetings to fit into a busy day.
Based in Fergus Falls, we work online with small businesses across rural Minnesota. You get direct communication with the person building your site, without travel or scheduled calls.
A realistic schedule, agreed up front. We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. Projects are scheduled in advance, with a delivery window agreed before work begins. Your timeline depends on the agreed pages and features, our current availability, and when your content and feedback are ready. If you have a deadline, include it in your inquiry so we can confirm whether it fits before you commit.
Clear pricing
Your website. One build price. Optional annual care.
Five-page website
$1,000 one time
Design, help organizing your wording and photos, mobile layouts, a contact or estimate-request form, initial SEO, visitor-tracking setup, testing, and launch. Includes two rounds of revisions to the agreed design and content.
Typical pages: Home, Services, About, Our Work, and Contact. We agree on your five pages before starting.
Hosting & care · optional
$360 per year
Hosting for one website, one standard .com registration or renewal, HTTPS, backups, software updates, periodic form checks, and up to 30 minutes of small edits per quarter.
Small edits include changes to existing wording, photos, hours, or contact details. Additional work is quoted before starting.
We confirm scope, payment timing, delivery schedule, account access, and renewal details in writing before work starts. The domain is registered for your business; we help with the setup.
Search setup is included. Continued marketing is separate.
Every build includes clear service and service-area wording, page titles and search descriptions, mobile usability, a sitemap, Google Search Console setup, visitor tracking, and measurement of form submissions and call-button clicks. We also help set up or improve an eligible Google Business Profile; Google controls verification and approval.
Ongoing marketing can include useful service pages, real job examples, a genuine review-request process, and reviewing which searches and inquiries are bringing opportunities. We agree on specific work and a separate price first. Ad spend is separate.
Search rankings, traffic, leads, and sales are not guaranteed. A form submission is an inquiry; a call-button click does not confirm a completed call. Your response and follow-up matter too.
A clear scope keeps the project straightforward.
You provide accurate business details, services, areas covered, and photos or reviews you have permission to use. We help organize that material. A revision round is one collected list of changes within the agreed scope.
Extra pages, a new design direction after approval, booking systems, online payments, customer logins, automated price calculators, professional photography, and full copywriting are separate projects or add-ons. A quote-request form collects job details and emails them to you; it does not calculate or issue estimates automatically.
Android apps and custom business tools remain available by separate quote. We do not offer AI-assistant development.
A complete website, ready to use.
For tree services, lawn care, landscaping, contractors, pressure washing, and other businesses serving their neighbors. Your site should answer what you do, where you work, and how to reach you.
Five pages that cover the essentials
Home, Services, About, Our Work, and Contact — or a similar five-page plan that fits your business. Clear information and a consistent look throughout.
Calls and quote requests
Easy-to-find call buttons, email links, and a simple contact or estimate-request form. We connect requests to your email and test delivery before handoff.
Your work and service area
Show the work you actually do, the towns you serve, and customer reviews you have permission to share. Your own photos help people know who they’re hiring.
Your .com and website launch
We connect your domain and hosting and launch with HTTPS. Registration and hosting charges are covered by our optional annual care plan, or paid directly to your own providers.
Search setup
Descriptive page titles, search descriptions, service-area wording, a sitemap, and Google Search Console setup give your site a clear starting point in search.
Visitor tracking and handoff
Google Analytics setup helps you see visits and where people come from. We explain account access and show you where to find inquiries and reports.
How it works
A straightforward process, from first conversation to launch.
01 · Share your business details
Tell us about your services, the towns you cover, and how you want customers to contact you. Send your logo and job photos if you have them.
02 · Review the design
We put together the pages and help organize the wording. Review the look, details, and contact options on your own schedule, then send your feedback by email.
03 · Build and test
We build the site, check it on phones and computers, and test that calls, email links, and quote requests go where they should.
04 · Launch and hand it over
We connect your domain, finish the search and visitor-tracking setup, and show you how to find inquiries and access your website accounts.
A few things you might be wondering
Do we need to meet in person?
No. We handle projects online and by email, so you can send material and review the design when it suits your workday. We’re based in Fergus Falls and serve rural Minnesota businesses remotely.
How long will my website take?
We confirm a delivery window after reviewing your scope and our availability, before work starts. Time for your content and review is part of that plan. We do not promise an instant launch; we leave room for feedback and testing.
Do I need to know how websites work?
No. Tell us about your business and what you want customers to do. We explain the choices and take care of the setup.
What if I already have a website or domain?
We can work with what you have. We’ll review the existing site and domain access before agreeing on the redesign and launch plan.
Can quote requests go right to my email?
Yes. We set up a form so customers can describe the job and send their contact information. You receive the inquiry and follow up with your estimate; the website does not need to calculate prices.
Can I show my job photos and reviews?
Yes. We use your real work photos and reviews you are allowed to share. If you do not have them ready yet, we’ll plan the pages around the material you do have.
Is SEO included?
The initial search setup is included: page titles and descriptions, clear service and location information, a sitemap, and Search Console. Search visibility builds over time; a new site does not come with a promise of first place or a set number of leads.
What happens after launch?
We test the live site and email delivery, explain your account access, and show you where to find inquiries and visitor reports. Hosting and maintenance are available through the optional $360 annual care plan, including up to 30 minutes of small edits per quarter. Further work is quoted separately.
Tell us about your business. We’ll handle the website.
What work do you do, where do you work, and how should customers reach you? That’s a good place to start. You don’t need to have the technical details figured out.
Your website package includes initial SEO and Analytics/Search Console setup, with account access and verification. These tools help you understand how people find your site and which visits turn into inquiries.
Want ongoing help? Ask for a separate scope covering regular performance reviews, local service-page improvements, and inquiry-tracking checks. We agree on the work, reporting schedule, and price before starting. Ongoing SEO is separate from hosting and care.
Analytics measures activity; installing it does not improve rankings. Search visibility takes time, and rankings, traffic, and leads are not guaranteed.
