Northwood Tree Care · Design demonstration

See how the pieces fit together.

Our five-page sample shows a homepage, services, about page, work gallery, and estimate-request experience. It gives you something concrete to explore before discussing your own site.

Northwood Tree Care is fictional. This is not a client project, and the stock photos do not show our work or a customer’s jobs. The demo form does not send or save information.

Homepage ↗

Introduce the business and give homeowners a clear next step.

Services ↗

Explain tree removal, pruning, and stump grinding without making customers guess.

Work gallery ↗

Show the layout for job photos and useful project descriptions. These sample photos are stock.

About ↗

Introduce the business and explain what customers can expect.

Estimate request ↗

Try a short form that demonstrates the path from a visitor to an email inquiry. Nothing is sent or saved.

Answer the questions homeowners ask first.

What work do you take on?

Describe the services you actually offer, such as pruning, tree removal, stump grinding, or storm cleanup. Explain what customers can expect without promising emergency availability or credentials you do not have.

Do you work in my town?

List your actual coverage area. That might include Fergus Falls, Battle Lake, Ottertail, or nearby communities—your business decides. Clear boundaries help customers send relevant requests.

Can I see your work?

Use your own before-and-after job photos, with permission. A short description of the work and cleanup is more useful than a gallery without context. We can start with the material you have.

How do I get an estimate?

A clear call button and short request form let people contact you when it suits them. Ask for their name, contact information, town, and a description of the job. Your real site sends the inquiry to your email.

From website inquiry to your inbox.

A homeowner describes the work, submits the form, and receives a clear confirmation. You receive the inquiry by email and follow up to arrange the estimate. We test delivery before launch. The form collects information; it does not inspect trees, calculate prices, or automatically issue a quote.

Clear scope

Includes design, help organizing your wording and photos, mobile layouts, an inquiry form, initial SEO and tracking setup, testing, launch, and two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope.

On your schedule

Keep your workday for customers.

Send your business details and photos when you have a moment. We handle the website and send design updates by email. We aim to reply within 2–3 business days and agree on a delivery window before work begins, based on scope, availability, content, and feedback.

We are based in Fergus Falls and work online with businesses across rural Minnesota.

Search setup without empty promises.

We organize your service and location information, set page titles and descriptions, and help with Search Console and visitor tracking. Eligible tree-service businesses can also get help with a Google Business Profile, subject to Google’s verification. Ongoing SEO is separately scoped; rankings and leads are not guaranteed.

Before we build your tree-service website.

What do you need from me?

Your business name, services, actual coverage area, preferred contact details, and any logo or job photos you have permission to use. Send what you have by email; we help organize it into clear pages.

Can you improve my existing website?

We can review your current site and discuss a website redesign. We check the platform, account access, existing content, and work involved before agreeing on scope or a price. See how we assess repairs.

Will this guarantee more tree-work leads?

No. A clear website and initial search setup provide a foundation, but demand, competition, reviews, and follow-up all matter. Visitor tracking and inquiry records help us see what is working. Any ongoing SEO work gets a separate scope.

Let’s put your business on the page.

Tell us the work you do, the towns you cover, and how customers should reach you. We’ll discuss a practical website around those details.
