Can you fix my existing website?
Possibly. Send us the link and tell us what is bothering you. We will check the setup before promising a repair or a price.
What kinds of problems can you look at?
A page that is hard to read on a phone, confusing service information, broken links, or an inquiry form that does not work are useful places to start. Sometimes a focused update makes sense. Sometimes the site needs a larger redesign. We look at the actual problem and explain what we can reasonably take on.
Does it have to be WordPress?
No, but the platform matters. Our demonstrated website work is on WordPress and Hostinger. Sites built with Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or another system need a platform and access review first. We do not promise we can repair every site or move it into another system automatically. If the work is outside our experience or available access, we will say so.
What if I do not know who built it?
That is common. Start with the public website address. If you have an old hosting bill or know the name of the company you pay, that can help too. You do not need to know the technical terms. We will explain which account access is needed once we understand the job.
Should I email you my password?
Please do not. Where the service supports it, you can invite us with a separate user account and the permissions needed for the work. Keep ownership of your domain and main accounts. If an invitation is not available, we agree on an appropriate access method first. Access can be removed when the job is complete.
Will my current website stay online?
That is the aim. Before editing, we check the backup and recovery options and agree on a safe way to make and review changes. A preview or staging copy may be possible, depending on the platform and hosting. We discuss any expected interruption before work begins; we cannot promise zero downtime on an unfamiliar setup.
Does a repair cost $1,000 too?
Not automatically. The $1,000 package is for an agreed five-page website build. Repairs are quoted after reviewing the site, access, and problem. A rebuild may be the more practical option, but we will explain why and agree on the scope before starting. Paid plugins, missing account access, and platform restrictions can affect the options.
What should I send first?
Send the website link, what you want changed, and a screenshot if it helps. For a broken form, tell us what happens when you try it. Do not include customer information or passwords. Read about website redesigns, or send us your website. We aim to reply within two to three business days.
