Website audit for small businesses
Website audits · Minnesota small businesses
Know what to fix first. Get a practical review of your website, with clear examples and a sensible order of work.
You know your business. We look at your site from the customer’s side: can they understand what you do, find out where you work, and contact you easily on a phone?
A useful first look, free by email
Send your website link and we’ll email three practical improvements. No meeting, purchase or website login needed. It’s a brief starting point, with no changes made to your site.
We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. If a bigger review would help, we can explain the scope and price before you decide.
Want a clearer action plan?
A written website audit covers up to five agreed public pages, reviewed at phone and desktop sizes. We agree a flat fee and delivery date before work starts.
What customers see
Clear services, coverage areas, readable phone layouts, useful proof of your work and a straightforward contact path.
What search engines can read
Page titles, descriptions, headings, public indexing settings, sitemap availability and selected links.
What to do next
A short written report with supported priorities, page links, useful screenshots and practical recommendations.
The report explains what already works, what needs attention and what we could not verify. You can take it to your existing developer or ask us to quote the changes separately.
What the audit includes
- Up to five agreed public pages and up to five evidence-backed priorities.
- Up to three screenshots where they help explain a finding.
- A suggested order: first, next and optional later improvements.
- One follow-up email about the findings within 14 days of delivery.
We use fewer findings when fewer are needed. A report should help you make a decision, not pad out a list of problems.
Need help getting the site ready for search?
We also offer Google and Bing search setup: ownership verification, sitemap submission, indexing checks and improvements to agreed pages. Eligible local businesses can ask about Google Business Profile help.
Have a specific concern? Include it.
Tell us what you want checked: additional pages, a confusing customer journey, mobile usability, search visibility or available Analytics reports. We’ll confirm what we can assess, any access needed and the price before adding it to the review.
You’ll get the same clear report structure: what we observed, why it matters, supporting evidence and a practical next step. Checks we cannot verify are marked clearly.
A few clear boundaries
A public-page audit does not need your password. Website edits, private Analytics access, full-site crawling, security testing and payment or booking tests require a separate scope. A visible contact button is not proof that email delivery works.
We can check search basics and recommend improvements. We cannot guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic or new customers.
Send the link. Tell us what’s bothering you.
If the site feels dated, gets few inquiries or is awkward on a phone, that’s enough to start. Send your URL and the result you’d like to improve.
