Google and Bing search setup
Google · Bing · Search basics
Help search engines find and understand your business website.
A good site needs a clear route into search. We can check the technical basics, connect the right webmaster tools and help you understand what is—and isn’t—being indexed.
What we can help with
Google Search Console
Verify website ownership, submit an XML sitemap, inspect agreed pages and investigate the reasons Google reports for missing pages.
Bing Webmaster Tools
Verify the site, submit its sitemap and review available crawl and indexing reports. This gives you a separate view of Bing’s search coverage.
Pages that make sense
Improve agreed titles, descriptions, headings, internal links and business information. Check canonical URLs and accidental indexing restrictions.
Other search engines matter, too
We check that your public pages and sitemap are available to search crawlers. Bing coverage can also help with discovery on DuckDuckGo, which largely uses Bing for traditional links. Brave runs its own search crawler.
There isn’t one switch that puts a business on every search engine. We distinguish submitted pages from confirmed indexing, and report the results we can actually verify.
Local business? Ask about Google Business Profile
If customers visit your business or you travel to customers, you may qualify for a Google Business Profile. We can help organize accurate categories, services, coverage areas, contact details and website links, and explain the owner verification steps.
Eligibility depends on Google’s rules. Online-only businesses generally do not qualify. You keep ownership and complete identity or business verification when Google requires it.
See what happens after launch
We can scope an Analytics setup or review so you can see visits, traffic sources and useful pages. Inquiry tracking needs a separate test that checks the event against an actual labeled test submission.
Visits are not the same as leads, and a repeated visit does not tell us who the person is or whether they intend to buy.
A straightforward process
- Send your website link and goal. Tell us whether you need a first setup or help with an existing problem.
- Agree the scope and price. We confirm the platform, pages, access needed, deliverables and timing before work.
- Keep the accounts yours. Where access is required, use a scoped invitation. You handle passwords and verification prompts.
- Get a clear handoff. We record what changed, what was submitted, what is confirmed and what still needs monitoring.
What we can promise
Careful setup, documented checks and practical changes within the agreed scope. Search engines decide whether to crawl, index and rank a page; no provider can guarantee a position or a stream of customers.
Initial setup is separate from ongoing content, search reporting and maintenance. Any additional tools or recurring charges are agreed first.
