What does a small-business website cost in Minnesota?

Our five-page website build is $1,000. Here is what that covers, what costs extra, and how payment works.

What do I get for $1,000?

A five-page website built around your business. For a painter, contractor, or tree service, that usually means Home, Services, About, Our Work, and Contact. We agree on the pages before work starts. The build includes mobile layouts, clear navigation, your service-area information, and a simple contact or estimate-request form that sends inquiries to your email. We also organize the wording, logo, and photos you provide and include two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope.

What will I pay each year?

Optional hosting and care is $360 per year for one website. That includes hosting, one standard .com domain, HTTPS, backups, updates, periodic form checks, and up to 30 minutes of small edits per quarter. It is not unlimited redesign work. Premium domains, additional domains, and unusual transfer or recovery work need a separate quote. We discuss renewal pricing before the next term.

What is the total for the first year?

The $1,000 build plus optional $360 annual care comes to $1,360 before applicable taxes or agreed extras. If you prefer to manage your own hosting, the build price is still $1,000 and you pay your providers separately. We check that your hosting is suitable before agreeing on the setup.

How does payment work?

The build is split into two payments: $500 before work begins and $500 after your review, before launch. Invoices are due within seven calendar days. Annual care is paid before its service term starts. Billing is through JRE Consulting LLC, the business behind JP Dev Labs.

Is SEO included?

Initial setup is included: page titles and descriptions, clear service and location wording, a sitemap, Search Console setup, and visitor analytics and inquiry-measurement setup. We test the agreed tracking as part of launch. Ongoing SEO work is a separate service with its own scope and reporting. No website package can promise a particular Google position or a set number of leads.

What might cost extra?

Online stores, booking systems, customer logins, payment features, quote calculators, extensive copywriting, original photography, and logo design are outside this basic package. An estimate-request form collects a message; it does not automatically calculate a price. We agree on extra work and its cost before doing it.

Do I need everything figured out before asking?

No. Send your business name, what you do, where you work, and your current website if you have one. We can start there. See the full website package or read what to gather before a build.
